Please is there someone in my situation. Filled all paperwork 10/1/2020, biometrics end of February 2021, Rfie 03/2/2021 - I am required to send them i944. Got 97 days for that. The form is gone and I don’t know what to do. What to send them. I don’t want to wait 87!!!days till they realize they should continue on my case. I need the ead. Plenty jobs out there and all I do is lying in bed all days long.

Contact USCIS. I was able to chat with a person using Emma and explain the situation to confirm what they need now that I-944 is not required.
I'm almost sure they will not look at your case until you respond to the RFE.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
