I got my I-485 [EB2 Category, India through Employment based sponsorship] last week and want to bring my wife in USA ASAP.
"I married [3 months back] before I became a legal permanent resident (Green Card holder), I'm looking at following-to-join benefits. which says I would not have to submit a separate Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) for my wife, and my wife would not have to wait any EXTRA time for an immigrant visa number to become available. In this case, you can simply notify a U.S. consulate that your status has been adjusted to legal permanent resident so that mywife can apply for a Green Card (immigrant visa). I'm working on H1B at present [I might not have H1B status now as I-485 is approved].
So please let me know which is the fastest and guaranteed way to bring my wife in USA and what will be the time frame to bring her here in USA?
Also let me know what will be your fees, if you want to handle this Case from here onwards.
