Primary GC approved. Spouse Pending Why?

Hi, My GC got approved 2 weeks ago. Still my Spouse's GC status shows INITIAL REVIEW. Nothing has moved forward though ours were filed together on same date.
Does anyone went thru this stage earlier? Anyidea how long does it take for Wife's 485 to get approved?

I have similar issue. My case is approved in 7/8/10 and my wife case is still not approved. I've opened a service request to check on the status. Now on 8/4/10 they have sent the biometric appointment notice for my wife and case status has moved to Card/Document Production, but it's still pending since they are waiting on finger printing appointment to get over.
