I-485 Employment Based

Hi everyone
I am trying to get an idea about the current timeline and actual processing times.
I485 Employment based
PD 11/31/2019
Receipt date 08/28/2020
Fingerprints done and applied 10/20/2020
EAD/AP received December 2020
i 140 approved January 2021

Texas Service Center
Field Office: Baltimore ( most likely)

My I-485 case status still showing “ Case was updated to show Fingerprints were taken “ since 10/20/2020.
Anyone else in a similar boat at Texas Service center/Baltimore Field Office?

I am on EB-3, Baltimore local office, too. I submitted all the paperworks to the Texas Service Center in June, 2018, and in September of the same year, I received a letter stating that my case had been transferred to the local office (Baltimore.) it has been almost three years and still waiting... ☹️

We have pretty similar situations and pretty close dates and approvals as you mentioned yours.

Mine is Texas service center and is showing as "fingure prints shown" from Dec 4th and nothing else.

Alao planning to travel out of country in April for couple of months in my AP.

So you are planning to travel on EAD/AP? Which country would you be traveling to if you don’t mind me asking?

It is sad to see that EB estimates jumped to 12.5 to 51.5 months. People waiting 2-3 years can't make an inquiry now because they are still within "normal" processing time.

Why can't they approve the EADs for more than a year if they know now that the case can take more than 4 years?
