Hello,
I am filling form I-130 for my spouse and on form I-130 In part 4,under "Beneficiary's entry information" section, there is a item number 46d which ask about the date of authorized stay on form I-94.
My spose came to US on F-1 visa but currently on H-1B visa. After issuing the H-1B visa, there is an expiration date on the H1-B approval notice.
My question is: do i mention the current expiration date which shown on H1-B approval or do i mention D/S since my spouse first came to US on F-1 Visa?
