  • How to fill address history on I-30a part and additional space

Hi everyone, On Form I-130a, Page 1, Part 1. Address History, they have asked the addresses for the past 5 years

I need to use "Part 7. Additional Information" to enter Physical Address 3 and 4 . When I enter it there, what would I enter for Item Number 3.c?
    3.a Page Number: 1
    3.b. Part Number: 1
3.c. Item Number: What would this be? The Address History Part 1 runs from 4a to 6h!

You say that form I-130a Page 1, Part 1 but then you say that you are going to put 2 in 3.a and 2 in 3.b. The address history in part 1 goes from 4a to 7b, right?

I guess you can put either 4 or 4-7, but I have no experience.

Yes, sorry 1 is for address history not 2, but I am not sure how to fill out 3c part . Also I have 3 addresses to add so Do I add all in one spot under part 7 3d for example or separate for each (3a for one address then 4a for other?

I think 3 addresses for 1 spot is too much, I would use separately for each (3a, 4a). For 3.c I would put 4a-7b.

I agree, I was thinking to separate them as well, but can not find anything from someone that has done it to confirm if that's the proper way to do it.
