I'm hoping someone can help me?
I submitted my paperwork for AOS a couple of weeks ago, we have received a receipt # and things are going along according to schedule (if there is such a thing) here is my concern:
I received yesterday my notice to go have my fingerprints and/or photograph taken for biometrics purposes, it states that I must provide ID, as I've only been living here for a couple of months on a K1 visa and only got married about six weeks ago, my driving license and passport are still in my maiden name as I was reluctant to send either away to have the name change just yet as they are the only form of photo ID that I possess.
Will they accept these as they will still show my maiden name??
