      Thank you for answer but,

How do we know which one according to our file?

Which one will H1 look for?
Which one will the person who will receive a card for marriage look for?

        You go to https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
Select I-485 and your field office, for example Boston

        H1 is Employment-based
        Marriage is Family-based

Edit: maybe I don't understand your question

          I guess I couldn't explain it.

Now, when we look at the processing time of USCIS, we see two charts, so how do we understand which timeline it is according to our transaction.

It just says only U visa and T visa there.

After all, it depends on everyone's file (H1, Marriage, Vawa)

For example, I am waiting on I-485 on my Vawa file, which one should I check?

Thank you very much for explaining

I think you are looking I-485 on Vermont Service Center that lists T/U visas.

From what I understand VAWA needs form I-360 so it should be Employment-Based 4 Special Immigrants. Are you sure that your I-485 is at Vermont Service Center?

I am looking I-485 for from Vermont (VSC) becauce we filed all in one place (I-360, I-485, I-131)

Also, I am sure even, I checked my receipt for I-485. it is writing VSC.

Vawa case approved but I still waiting for I-485 interview schedule since 820 days / 27,3 months. (interview will be to New York)
