    I-485 and divorce on the way

    Hi all,

    I am waiting on my I-140 approval. I have opted for AOS.

    In my case there are very good chances for a divorce.

    My question is, when I apply for I-485, is it possible to exclude my spouse as a future recipient of Greencard and just include my child along with myself.

    Could you help
