We have interview coming up next week,Now the thing is we just filed 2020 taxes last Friday and did not get copies from the tax filer person, I tried to order transcripts but it won’t arrive on time. Can the USCIS officer see those info without bringing copies? Is it a big deal? We did sent the previous years statement during the initial filing.

First your filing person should have copies. Go to the office you filled taxes and ask, especially if they filed electronically. Second you can see transcripts online now which comes available about a week after your return was accepted ( I dk when the return was accepted). Third joint tax returns are not a must and if you have other evidence you will be fine. Worst case scenario if they really want to see that, you can tell the officer that you filled pretty son and its not accepted yet and they will issue RFE which will give you more time ( but I doubt). Best, get a copy from the filing person.
