485 Case Reopened

Anyone have a situation where your spouse had their 485 approved but the children went from approved to case reopened? I know we need to wait for the letter to find out for sure but this is a little nerve wracking as to why our 2 kids went from approved to reconsidering. Their 130's are approved.so no issues there.

I can't figure out how to delete the post but it turned out they forgot to change their names in the system. Not sure why it showed they were reconsidering their decision.
