Need info, AoS for I-130, 4th category

I filed I-485 and received biometrics appointment but not for my family. Anyone has info on what's the procedure of AoS for this category? Is it to get my GC first and then my family?

The instruction for I-130 said no separate petitions are necessary for family members of brothers' and sisters'.

My understanding is that you have to apply I-485 and I-485a for all the applicants separately.

The process is to file all together at the same time and not getting the Green Card and then applying for the rest of the family.

How much in fees did you pay? Each applicant has to pay fees separately. I am sure you are in US, is your family here too?

Thank you and it's also my understanding to file together. The situation is a little complicated. I filed I-485 for everyone based on I-140 but the PD is not current yet. The I-130 is current now, so requested transfer of I-485s to I-130 in the same letter. They took mine and sent me the biometrics appmt but not my family members. I guess I'll just write a separate letter for each of them. Let's see what will be the responses. I'll let you know.
