I didn't find a post on April 2021 AOS filers, so, created one here. Please join and keep each other updated with the progress.

My case:

Employment based AOS
Priority date: 04/24/2020
Package delivered: 04/06/2021
Check cashed: 04/27/2021
Received receipt notice through texts and emails: 04/27/2021

A minor update:

Received paper notices all but the one for I-131: 05/03/2021

That's good! Now when you have a case number you can go to Emma online ask for an agent and check with them about the I 131 receipt!

I did receive the email notice, so, I do have the receipt no. It was just a little surprising that I received 5 paper notices together (me and my wife), but just my I-131 receipt notice was not there with the bunch.

I am actually using an immigration lawyer.

paperwork submitted April 13, 2021 through the lawyer

Mine was accepted April 16th so we have a similar timeline and should see updates close in time!

How long does it take to get sms with receipt number. I checked my credit card today still pending charge but the credit limit shows the amount is deducted.

If you check on this thread, many of them were cashed (usually within a month) whose package delivered later than you. I am not sure what could have been holding it.

Due to an unsuccessful payment transaction. We still don’t know why it is unsuccessful. We use a different card this time and have confirmed with the bank through phone calls, so hopefully it will go through.

05/06/2021 - Received all 3 receipts in the mail (One is damaged....from scanner at USPS..Oh well)

05/14/2021 - Received I 130 approval letter in the mail.

Shinchan hi, congratulations on your I-130 approval. May I ask when you filed it online? From your timeline, I am estimating that it took about a month and a few days for them to approve your I-130. It seems like filing it online and mailing the I-485 may be a more efficient way to file. It will also be very nice for you to walk into your I-485 interview with your I-130 already approved.
