When I called USCIS they said same Please wait....
It seems employment AOS applications are going through respective State Service Center However Family Based processing through National Benefit Center (MO)

vpratap397 : Do you know what are keywords I need to use when checking with EMMA / live agent on status? It is only taking me to Processing times or Case Status online webpage

Is Virtual assistant gave you current status before updating case status online ?

Also I have noticed online status on myaccount.uscis.gov for I765 and I-131 it shows current status but for I-485 it shows blank since couple days Are guys seeing the same ?

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

hsn2613 Unfortunately, I have no idea about how to talk to EMMA to get relevant details? I know people on this forum shared that you may be able to talk to a live agent. And that's why I possibly suggested you. In fact, I would also be interested in keywords to talk to EMMA to talk to live agent or expedite request on EAD etc. Possibly members could share their chat transcript (of course after removing sensitive details) in the forum to help others.

Hi! I just had a live chat and got the biometric appointment date. I was told that I still need to wait for the notice in order to get my biometric done.
To talk to a live person you could just put in the chat saying I would like to have live chat and it will connect you to a person.
It was very pleasant experience. My timeline is similar with you. I also had I130 approved but heard nothing about biometric appointment. while seeing other people got the appointment scheduled. It was definitely a relief for me to know the date! They will ask you for your email address to document the chat history as well.

Hi All,
I am applying for AOS for my father.

I-130 - Petition for Alien Relative (Filed online). Will provide the Receipt in the packet.
I-485 - Adjustment of Status
I-693 - Medical Exam
I-765 - EAD - Not applicable to me as my parent is retired.
I-131 - Advance Parole

1.) Do we need to attach multiple G-1145 form (E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance) - one for each form being submitted?
2.) I-131 requires a letter to indicate why you need to travel? Do we provide a "Letter of Intent"?
3.) We had filed I-539 (Application To Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status) too so we need to mention this in a letter indicating the reason for change of mind to Adjust the Status to Green Card?

sajidhc in regards to your #1 question I haven’t found the correct answer. Some say you only need one G1145 for entire AOS package others say one per form.

i submitted 1 form for entire package, which was my original plan. Then added one G1145 to each form just to be on the safe side. Hope this helps.

>> there is no guidelines. I did 1 for each form. It doesn't harm to do this.

>> I added a simple cover letter and mentioned we are applying for I-131 only for medical emergency use if needed.

>> I really don't think you have, thats an independent application [This is my guess]. By default once you apply for GC for your father, you are legally allowed to stay in US as long as the application is in progress. No B2 extension is needed.

I did know get them to push the biometric appt. I started by asking an update and the person immediately give me a date for biometric appt. I didn't ask them to request one if that's what you're asking. The person did mention that I will need a notice to go to the appt which I haven't received yet.

I just went on and chatted to a live agent and still no bio appt scheduled….getting frustrating now!

Go to the USCIS website and you’ll see Ask Emma at the upper right corner of the site. Tell Emma: “I want to talk to a live agent” follow the instruction then you will get connected to a live agent

That’s great news. I asked on Friday and still no news of my appt….
