I would try asking Emma online and chat to an agent to see if they have been scheduled and the letter got lost in the post.
Okay. Thank you, I am still waiting for mine, I submitted my doc April 20th.

      • Update…
Married to USC, submitted mid April.
I got my biometrics appt letter earlier this week but successfully did a walk in today. They were welcoming and I didn’t have to wait, I literally walked straight up to the booth and did my fingerprints etc. By the time I arrived home it showed online that my fingerprints had been applied to my I-485 & I-765.

          • My status changed to approval yesterday. I sent my medical with my i485, that could have made a big difference. My attorney insisted on sending the medical after rfe. But I insisted that i will need the medicals to go with my i485. good luck everyone.

my attorney dodged sending medicals with 485. Now he is insisting on waiting for RFE to even get the medical done. not sure whats wrong with these folks.

Sometimes they change how they do things and never get back to what they should do. In other words, cases started to take more than 1 year and lot of people ended with expired medicals. Now USCIS medicals last for 2 years so there is no reason for a real marriage to USC to not include form I-693 (sealed medicals) with I-485. Almost all cases should finish within a year.

If your case has something that you think will be delayed or you want it to be delayed (to get the approval after your 2 year marriage anniversary), then don't include the medicals and wait for RFE or interview appointment.

This could likely delay the process. Right now, it appears the chances of approval are fastest when medical goes with I-485. My case is also approved, and I sent medical along with I-485. I filed it by myself, so, no attorney interference. So, right now people must try to get the medical done and then send I-485 even if it delays filing I-485 by 7-10 days.

Looking at your timeline in signature, when was your I140 approved? Also did you get your EAD and when?

Even while you have sent your 693 along with your 485, your case timeline seems really quick even with respect to how quickly biometrics were done after 485 was received.

I did two I-140. PD is from my I-140 in EB2-NIW and other I-140 was from EB1A that approved on March 15, 2021. I did not receive any EAD/AP and didn't undergo any interview and likely no forwarding to the FO. I-485 was directly approved.
