@SmithB, I have applied (I-485, I-765 & I-131) in EB1C for me & my family on April 16th, I have received my receipt notices in mail on 5/22.
Waiting next steps..

I don't know what to tell you! They received mine on April 16th and I still have not heard anything, so it my be a while until they get to yours to even decline it. If you know that it will be decline for sure and do not want to wait you might be able to submit new forms now instead of waiting to get rejected, but I am not sure about that either. Your best option is to get live agent and talk to them probably and ask them, what is the best way to proceed and do you have to wait for rejection or can you go ahead and submit new forms before the rejection comes. Goos luck!

Hi! Congrats!! I don’t think we need to send a copy of the I-130 to uscis... are you planning on sending that to uscis just in case? I reference my I130 receipt number with each form I submitted with I 485.. hopefully they will look things up?

@Shinchan - Same here - Filed I -130 online on 03/17/2021 and received notice of approval on 05/04/2021.
I got the approval after I mailed the 485 packets. Do we have to send a copy of the I-130 approval notice to USCIS?

I am not sure if you could do anything! Call your bank and see what they going to say, but they most likely deactivated the stolen card. You can try to chat with emma and try to ask for live agent and ask them as well, but I think you might have to submit another package.

Hello everyone, i need help asap please!!
So i sent in my I-485 package on 4/28, and it was delivered 5/2. I have not received anything back nor my card was charged. Last week my card got stolen and I was issued a new card with different card numbers. How can I change the info on my g-1450 so USCIS can charge the fees and proceed with my application? I’m freaking out.
