    Name issue Birth certificate

    Hi

    My spouse father name on his birth certificate and passport are different.

    The First name and Last name are same , while the birth certificate does not have the caste part into it.

    will it create issue, Please

    We got affidavit from our parents. Hopefully that will work not sure. If not we might get RFE that’s what lawyers mentioned.

        Our lawyer gave us format. Mostly our name, parent name, where I was born
