I-485 status info

Hi All,

I've got my GC approved on 7/8/10, but my wife's case was pending. So we
have opened a Service request on 7/22/10. Until 8/4/10 the case status for
my wife was "Initial Review" but now it has changed to "Card/Document
production". In the detail message it says" On August 4, 2010 we mailed the
document to the address we have on file....". Now today I've received her
Biometric appointment notice for 8/20/10 and it was sent on 8/4/10. So does
that mean case is approved once finger printing is done? I am kind of
confused here. If anyone has gone through the similar situation then pls
share your experience.

There is a known bug in their systems.

When USCIS mails out docs like biometrics appointment letter, etc and update their systems as "document mailed" it wrongly shows up as "card/document mailed"

So it more wait and watch for you!
