Here is my update on the application


May 12, 2021 : Sent Application Package (I-485, I-131, I-765)
May 13, 2021 : Application Delivered
May 22, 2021 : Received the receipt notices from USCIS
May 27, 2021 : Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction which Texas
June 3, 2021 : Received biometrics appointment letters
June 29,2021 : Biometrics scheduled for 29th at the local office

Hi - My case is similar to yours. Was your case transferred to the same location as your I140? Also which is your field office?

Yes, they did transfer to Texas service center where my I140 was filed

Btw did you get biometrics appointment notice for all of the family members ? I got mine and my daughter's but still waiting for my wife's appointment letter

Didn't get biometrics appointment yet. I'm hearing that they are trying to reuse biometrics they might not schedule biometric appointment for everyone

I hope thats correct.My wife gave her biometrics for her L2 extension in 2019.I hope they are reusing her's and might not need a biometrics again

My wife & kids had their bio done in Jan 2020 for L2 extension but still had to do bio done for AOS. So no guarantee of re-use.

Myself and my daughter are done with biometrics and case status reflects as finger prints were taken.My wife's appointment was not in the system at all.The field officer at the philli service center checked in the system when i explained the case.Hope she get her appointment letter soon

June 29, 2021 : Received receipt notice NOA in the mail.

June 2, 2021: Checks cached ($1225 for I-485 and $535 for I-130).
June 4, 2021: Received NOA in the mail.
July 6, 2021: Online status changed to RFE for I-485

Question : When i set up the online access, there is no update. But when I go through I-485 status check, it says Biometric appointment was scheduled on July 2. How long it will take for me to get the letter? Also will in my account the details will be posted?

You have to submit for each form.

Hi All,
This is for filing I-130 & I-485 concurrently as the beneficiary is in US.
1.) Can the Medical Exam for Green Card process be done at any authorized provider/clinic, irrespective of where you will be filing?
2.) Should we submit the report along with application or at a later time?
3.) Can we mail application from a different state?
