"Total guess" or I assume that I am part of the 20% of cases that are not processed within 8 months because I have been waiting for 226 days for my EAD under category c9 is still being "actively" review by USCIS.
Obviously, my I 485 is being "actively" review by USCIS but no appointment for interview yet.

What's more frustrating is that my 485 was with NBC. It was moved from NBC to Nebraska where everything is moving at snail's pace. Where even worse, many cases which were originally filed with Nebraska were transferred to NBC and GC issued within 3 weeks of transfer. Here I'm, waiting for more than a year since the case was transferred...

We filed I-485 ((c)(9) - employment based) concurrently with I-765 (and I-131), receipt date for all is 6/1/2021. EB1C (employment based). Nebraska office.
We got our EADs (I-765) two weeks ago. Nothing on the I-485 since the first notice.

Interfiled Medical in March 2022.

I am hoping that the fact that the I-765 got adjudicated means that the I-485 will also get adjudicated soon.

Big congrats on combo card. Getting anything out of Nebraska these days is a miracle. EB2 May 18 at Nebraska and still waiting. My I485 got transferred from Nebraska a week ago to unknown place yet(haven’t received letter, and live chat not working this week) so it seems like there is at least some movement with I485 for May ppl at Nebraska

It was approved sometime October 2021.

Just wanted to update ppl. I485 got approved today. EB2, filed concurrently on 5/18/21, combo never got approved, I140 got approved 4/25/22. Good luck and take care. Nebraska to NBC.

I have an EB1-C case in Nebraska (transferred from Phoenix). I spoke with an agent today to try and understand why it was transferred from Phoenix (processing time of 16 months) to Nebraska (processing time of 32 months) in order to 'speed up processing'. His basic reply was we reserve the right to send them wherever we want!!

Recently travelled using advance parole. When we entered our passport is stamped with Advance parole and date to be 7/3/2023.
what does this mean? Does it mean I can’t use adv parole card anymore?

My status got updated-

On July 13, 2022, we transferred your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice.

In April our I-140 got approved. May end I tried interfiling of medical. Not sure if it’s attached. Level 1 officer was not able to confirm. Waiting for call from level 2. (I just spoke to level 1 yday). Today my case is transferred. No idea where.

Finally I-485 got approved. Card is in production.
