I-485 Approval Process

Hello All,

My PD is current for almost 45days now and still no updates from UCSIS. Can someone please provide some insight on what I can do next?

1. I contacted the toll free number and I was told that most likely I will receive FP notice (so far haven't)

2. My I-485 filing date is Oct'07 - does USCIS approve or check cases based on PD or filing date? I though it's FIFO based on PD

3. My case is pending with TSC - how can I speak with an immigration official directly at this site?

4. Should I take an info pass appointment? If so how soon

I would really appreciate if someone / forum admin can help answer these questions

Open a SR calling the toll free number is your case is outside the processing time frame

Take an infopass and go to the local office if you have not done so already.
