I am seeking help on how to represent my (Indian citizen) parents country of birth. One of my parents was born in a city that was in Undivided India (pre-partition) but now is in Bangladesh. The parent's passport indicates city name, followed by "Undivided India". I am leaning towards selecting India as the country of birth (as the city was in India at the time of birth), but would appreciate any advice if anyone has been in similar situation? Thanks.
