I had applied for my mom's AOS. Received an RFE today. They are asking for the Original copy of the Birth Certificate. Or the Original government-issued non-availability document.
In the packet I had sent to USCIS in March, I had included a copy of the Non-Availability Certificate, and two Affidavits from my relatives.
I was wondering if I should send the Original copies of the 2 affidavits too in response to this RFE? Even though they have asked only for the Original Copy of the government-issued document?
Has anyone received a similar RFE in the past?
