Filed I 485 with I 765 but forgot to include Photos for EAD

Hi, I just now noticed i forgot to send pictures of mine for the I-130, i sent 2 for i-485, 2 for I765 and 2 of my spouse for i-130 but i forgot to send 2 for i-130 .
What to do now? I am really tense. I sent out my package yesterday.

It processing while applicant is in the U.S., your I-130 should have one G-325A for each of you and ONE passport-style photos for each of you.

Don't do anything at all. If you sent another mail now, you will confuse them. Wait till you see if they asked for it. In my case they didn't ask for any photos when I forgot to include it.

Good advice. Sending unsolicited evidence to a petition being processed can cause unusual problems. Just wait until, and if, you get a request from USCIS for more evidence.

My case was different. I only filed I-485. only 1 photo for me and 1 for my wife were required. I forgot both, asked a lawyer and he said do nothing till u hear back from them. But nothing happened at all. They accepted my application without asking a question or sending a missing requirement and now we have our GC's

Ohh, It's kind of same for concurrent. They ask you to include one for the us citizen spouse and one for the applicant for I-130, for i-485 they want 2 for applicant. I forgot to include mine for I-130, but included for my spouse and for me in the other form I-485.
