Family-based (Mother of USC), Biometrics for I-485 and I-765 (West Palm Beach - ASC)

Finally, my mom received today her appointment for her Biometrics for I-485 and I-765. The appointment will be at the West Palm Beach Application Support Center on July 1st. I know that some people had success arriving before the appointment as a walk-in. We're taking our chances this week and will attempt a walk-in? Any advice? Did anyone have any success with West Palm Beach Application Support Center?
