Physical Address in I-485

Hi,
After coming to US, I stayed in a hotel for 3 weeks, do I need to provide that address in I-485 form?
Also what about those times I went to India for short vacations (3-4 weeks)?

Please let me know if you got any details what all address should be entered as part of physical addresses. Thanks!

Is best to put as much as you can it would not hurt. if you went for vacation and come back you just put your permanent US address at the time!
