hello ,i applied for i485,i130/131/i765 april 1st, through spouse , national benifit center , i got an rfe this weekend for birth certificate and i864, replied to it , but no biometrics , once you get n rfe does that mean there working on your case or still waiting, appreciate the feedback

Receiving an RFE is a good indication that they reviewed your case. They can ask for documents at any point and even several times during the process. Most of the time they stop working on your case until they receive the documents they asked.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
