No activity on my case since end of Sep. It is expected to slow down as this is a new year. Let us hope that we get our GCs before end of this year which in my case is a bit optimistic because I haven't even received the RFE but from other forums, I have seen cases of people who have done a concurrent filing in EB1C category in May this year getting their GC already. So I am unable to understand how USCIS prioritizes the cases or if they prioritize at all. It's a bit frustrating because people who had applied concurrently including 140 as recent as Aug in EB1C have got their Green Cards already. We did a concurrent filing under EB1C on 5/18/22, Biometrics 7/8/22, August 20, 2022, fingerprints relating to your Form I-131 applied, September 13, 2022, we approved your Form I-140, September 17, 2022, EAD delivered, September 27, 2022, case transferred to NBC.
