    So here's something...
I still haven't received a transfer notice in the mail (USPS is messing a lot of things up for me lately). So, I reached out to an Emma live agent who told me my case was transferred "to help speed up processing" TO the National Benefits Center. The receipt number starts with MSC (National Benefits Center) so it seems awkward that they would have transferred from MSC TO MSC...I'm not sure if the Emma agent was making an error or if the USCIS is a mess...Keep you posted.

No, sometimes the agents don't look at the right place or may be the new processing centre takes a while to show up in the system. It happened with me as well. They said my case was transferred and then also said it was with MSC. Then when I checked again another agent told me that my case was transferred to LIN. Anyways, wait for the notice in mail.

shiva_82, do you know what's the earliest application in 2021 that have received their I-140 approval?

I don't think they have started processing 2021 yet but I might be wrong. Let me know if you find out.

That's correct. Two cases filed in Jan & Feb 2021 approved were non concurrent applications. The latest of a concurrent application that's approved is 19.11.2020.

Looks like non-concurrent applications move faster.

I don't think it's true the non concurrent applications move faster. Mine was not filed concurrently, in the sense, my I140 was filed in Jan 2021 while my AOS was filed later in May. I'm still waiting for approval.

Saying this, technically as per USCIS definition, any AOS filed while the I140 is still pending approval is considered concurrent. So going by that even while I didn't file my applications together, it might be considered concurrent.

I think that's what they mean by concurrent vs. non-concurrent. Any I-485 that's filed while waiting for a decision on I-140 are concurrent. It seems like it from the data. Some non-concurrent applications had outcome while no concurrent applications received outcomes after Nov 2020.

Update - I chatted with another Emma live agent who confirmed that my MSC case was transferred to LIN to increase efficiency. It all makes logical sense to me. The first agent was looking at the wrong thing, or made a mistake I believe. I still have not received the official notice, since USPS has lost the mail it seems. I submitted a service request with USCIS to resend the notice.

Did any of you received your EAD/AP or GC? If so, when was your biometrics completed? My bio was completed late Sep and I'm still waiting for a decision on EAD/AP.

Not yet. You will get it before me I guess. Let's see if someone has gotten them yet. As of now, I can see the latest approved in ******** is on 11/18/2020 for I-140. Not sure about the EAD/ AP.

Just curious. How do you check which is the latest I140 approved? Is there a website/tool/app? My I 140 was submitted in Jan and I dearly hope it gets approved this month.

Yes, there's a website for it. According to that, we can expect ours to get an outcome by mid to end of december. 75% of applications get outcomes in 11th-12th month.

No updates. Still waiting for my 140 approval. What is the website you were referring to in your earlier post in which you can see the most recently processed cases?
