There are restrictions sharing that detail. But, from the USCIS site, it looks like the priority date of processing was 12/20 as of last evening.

Thank you. Again just curious on how do you find this from USCIS site?

you can check here: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/. For Nebraska, you will see

        8.5 Months to 12 Months
        Multinational executive or manager (E13)
        December 15, 2020

You can try googling as track i140.

Thanks buddy. I check the processing times in USCIS but thought that was not reliable.

Oh I see, I think we are in the same boat. If it's 4 years, did you amend your L1 by any chance? Usually it won't take this long I guess.

Nop. Actually I have a long history on L1A. I've been on L1A since 2005. I'll travel to US and other European countries. Only now I'm looking to settle down at once place that I'm applying for an adjustment of status. So while I don't expect any issues with my 140 or EB1 itself because I have a genuine case of L1A, I don't know why it's taking this long. Hopefully it will be approved soon. What about you?

Hey... Good to know. I got mine last week too. I'm not waiting for my I140 approval so I485 could proceed before the date retrogresses by any chance. Fingers crossed..

You are not waiting for 140? Or you are now waiting for 140? I received my 485 J form. Don’t know what the next steps are.

Typo due to autocorrect... I'm still waiting eagerly for my I140 approval. If you have received your 485J it means they have started processing your 485. So you should hear more in it soon. If you have submitted your medicals already then I expect it to be approved soon. If not, you would see the RFE for medicals.

Because you received your 485J I'm assuming your I140 is approved, right? Are you in EB1 or a different category?

I'm yet to take the health examinations. my I140 isn't approved yet. I'm in EB1-C MM category. I was mistakenly given a visa in a different category which we amended later. Mine was a bit peculiar case on L1-A.

Interesting. Either ways, I believe with 485J, they have picked up both your I140 & 485 for processing. Hopefully your I140 would get approved and at the same time you get your RFE for medical. I read somewhere in uscis website that they take your 485 also for processing while I140 is picked up if your dates are current. All the best.

May I know where your I140 is pending and when it was filed?

Mine is in Nebraska and was filed 01/20/21. I'm hoping to get I140 approval in a month. Fingers crossed.

It's possible that they pick both concurrently. I applied for I-140 on 1/15/2021 at Nebraska & I-485 on 5/27 at California & later my 485 was also transferred to Nebraska on 6/14.
