Shiva, did you submit the SR yourself or you had your attorney do it for you? I contacted Emma Agent, they want the petitioner to reach out. Is it usual?

Yes, basically we need to provide anything where Managerial authority can be proved-
I presented about 200+ emails (redacted)
Approving or conducting Team's appraisals
I m from a financial background- So i have presented my sign offs on Financial statements [both US market and NAM markets], providing Accounting advisory to managements, etc

Proof of having authority for separation, hiring, compensation increases, rewards and recognition etc...
Also evidence for what programs I manage and house I manage them etc...
These are just a few of many other things I am providing.
Lot of info really...

Yes, evidence. I'm providing emails as proof for things like contract negotiation, invoice approvals, financial/budget planning, delivery reviews, QBRs.

Yes, you can redact any information which are confidential but detailed job duties are typically not enough. Were you able to get an approval sending just detailed job duties when you were requested evidence?

Originally posted by shiva_82 View PostI applied for my I140 in Jan 2021 and AOS last month (May 2021) under EB1C. I received receipt notices from MSC (which I believe is National Benefit Center). This morning status of my AOS changed to "Case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction". When I checked with USCIS, I understand that my case has been transferred to LIN (Nebraska Service Center) which is where my I-140 is also filed. While I have seen cases where the case gets reassigned from National Benefits Center to a Local Field office, what has happened in my case seems to be different. Have any of you seen this before where the AOS get transferred to the location where your 140 is pending? Also, my 140 is still pending approval. What does this mean and based on what you might have seen, what are the next steps?
I would appreciate any information anyone of you could share.
