Interesting because detailed job duties are given at the time of sending the initial application itself. So when a RFE is issued it anyways asking for more info than earlier. What information did you provide at the time of submitting the initial application? My L1A extension was approved without any RFE though. I was not expecting a RFE for the I140. Hopefully my case gets approved.
When did you get your L1A extension approved?

Just 2 months back. The extension was filed AFTER the 140 was filed and it had pretty much the same details. I had given the same amount of details during my extension in 2019 but then got a RFE. It's quite confusing on what they look at. May be it's just the person who is looking at it.

Thanks, Shiva. Hope you too get your I140/ I485 approved soon. You have been one of those people that's compassionate, providing details, updates, replying, etc. I'll keep following this thread until you are approved.

No, mine didn't go for RFE. But yes, for evidences I submitted my team structure, team profile, work delegation proofs, ceremonies that I organize with the team, and a support letter from my manager (sr. director) explaining what I did abroad and in the US. There could be more, but I don't remember. Mine was also in Nebraska

I doubt we will hear on our 485s anytime soon as Nebraska is only processing Oct/Dec 2020 applications now. NBC has been approving in thousands but Nebraska is hardly doing 100 per day. Its just so disappointing to have the applications transferred to NSC, which is dreaded with backlogs

                          • So here my case, (EB3, AOS)
I got my i-140 approved back in set/21 after 2 weeks (Premium process).
I-485 and 765/131 all filled in november 2nd (Nebraska). I got my fingerprints in December/21.
About a week ago my i-485 got transferred to NBC, my i-765 and i-131 still as Fees were waived.
The EAD is taking so long

I don't think so. Kids older than 21 won't be considered dependents anymore. Though I believe you can apply for GC for him once you get your citizenship.
