Great news. Congratulations. Hopefully I'll get mine soon. I didn't expect I140 approval to take upward of 18 months. Still waiting.

You have to refer to the processing times of your field office instead when your application is with NBC. Also you shouldn't worry too much about processing times as they are adjudicating cases at lightning pace now.

If it moves to NBC, it's a good sign. Things will turnaround faster for you now.

            • I guess we'll see which Field Office they send it to...I'm equidistant from 3 of them...all with a processing time of less than I've currently been waiting!

                • My status got updated-

On July 13, 2022, we transferred your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice.

In April our I-140 got approved. May end I tried interfiling of medical. Not sure if it’s attached. Level 1 officer was not able to confirm. Waiting for call from level 2. (I just spoke to level 1 yday). Today my case is transferred. No idea where.

You can look up the field office using your zip code in USCIS website. For ex. My field office is in a different state than the one I'm in while there is another field office at a shorter distance within my State. But like I said before, processing time doesn't matter as transferred cases are being processed very quickly

Will we get notified which center it was transfered to? in how many days we will get to know?

Typically within a month you can expect some processing on your case. It would be 485 approval if your medical is already submitted. Good luck.

                        • Just got a request for a new medical. Frustrating because I submitted my I-693 with my application and it’s not even 2 years old yet. Now I have to do another one??

Always stay positive. You are one step closer to your GC. Now it is just a matter of another 4-6 weeks max. If you feel frustrated, think about others like me who are in a far worse situation and you will feel better.

Wish you good luck to get your GC soon. Cheers..!

Yes, I noticed. There is a technical glitch which doesn't allow me to raise a SR. I'm trying to reach out to USCIS regarding that through my attorney.

Interestingly my status changed saying that a notice was returned back to USCIS because USPS couldn't deliver it. I believe it's the notice regarding the previous SR but don't know why it won't be delivered to me.
