Hi There

I have filed for AOS in May 2021.We have received the bio-metrics appointment letters for me and my daughter but my wife's didn't come through.Did anyone else have a similar issue ? If yes, any suggestion on how i should handle it ?

Sometimes the letters get lost in the mail. We use a lawyer and we get letters for both, last RFE the lawyer office didn't get one of the letters.

Sometimes the appointment letter takes longer for some family members (don't know why).

To make sure that the letter was not lost, contact USCIS and explain the situation. You can use the online tools too (at least sometimes). If there is an appointment set for your wife they should be able to send you an email with a copy of the letter so she will not miss the appointment.

yes we have appointment on the 29th June.Our lawyer is recommending to take my wife along as well and try.But they might now allow without appointment letter
