    Received one month of PUA UI while on E2 visa, will this affect AOS?

    Hey!

    Currently in the US on an E2 investor visa.

    Last year mid pandemic I applied for PUA unemployment. Not sure I was eligible and may have violated visa status for the month I received it.

    Do you guys think this will cause a problem when I do my marriage AOS later this year?
