i am having a serious issue and I would be glad if someone could help me.
So back in 2017 June I applied for i-360 SIJS and I-485
In april 2021 my I-360 was approved and shortly after that i checked my status online and it said RFE was mailed to me for i-485. One month later it says could not deliver. Then it said Document was mailed to me on June 1. If not recieved by July 1 to file e-request .
I have not recieved anything yet and I moved in 2020. I updated my address on the website.
my problem is i know these can be time sensitive material bit there is no way i can ask USCIS to verify what address they are sending it to. I tried e-request for missing documents and it asks for a form number and the options does not include i-485. ALL I see is CR 189, I 131 and some N400-500.
i am in immense stress not knowing what to do. I called them and they could not help me with anything.
Its about time i renew my EAD but I dont know if I can renew it based on pending i 485.
It would be extremely helpfull if anyone could help me in this difficult time. Thank you again
