Form Expiry

Hi all if the form Expires on Expires 05/31/2021.

Can we still use it or have to use the updated version. If we send the form Expires 05/31/2021, will USCIS reject it or take the application.

02/13/19. We will publish a new edition of this form soon. In the meantime, you may continue using the 02/13/19 edition despite the expiration date. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

They can change the version any time but they will give some time until they will no longer receive edition 02/13/19.

For now you can send this version, we don't know when they can have the new version.

what if we send the form and new edition of the form came in.

will they reject it or they can process it.

When they release a new version, they will still receive the old edition for some time. If you delay sending your form when a new form is already online and it arrives after the day they receive the form, they will reject the paperwork.

In other words, if you use this edition and before sending it in, check if there is a new version up, when the form you used will no longer be accepted, see the changes on the form (it may make more sense to use the new one or not) and send it with faster service than USPS.
