Filing Green Card for Family Based Category (Parent)

Hi All,
This is for filing I-130 & I-485 concurrently as the beneficiary is in US.
1.) Can the Medical Exam for Green Card process be done at any authorized provider/clinic, irrespective of where you will be filing?
2.) Should we submit the report along with application or at a later time?
3.) Can we mail application from a different state?
4.) I want to include I-131 (Advance Parole) in my filing. Can I add to the same packet? What about the I-131 fee? Which category to submit?
5.) In the packet, what all to include apart from I-130, I-485, I-131?

We're also doing the same. Have completed the I130 and we keep getting the I485 returned to us saying its the incorrect filing fee. Have you heard anything different for the fee other than the amount of 1225. I can't seem to find anyone to help answer for me

Each form has its fee, right? What did you submit initially that got it returned? Are you also filing 131?

You can and should file I-765 for EAD and I-131 for Advance Parole together with your I-485. The I-693 medical can be filed with the I-485 or at a later time in response to an RFE or at the interview. Your fees should be $535 for the I-130, $1225 for the I-485, and I-765 and I-131 are both free.

Appreciate your reply. I gather this will be the list of forms - all go in 1 packet to USCIS:

I-130 ($535) - Petition for Alien Relative
I-485 ($1225) - Adjustment of Status
I-693 (Free) - Medical Exam
I-765 (Free) - EAD - Not applicable to me as my parent is retired.
I-131 (Free) - Advance Parole

I-131 requires a letter to indicate why you need to travel? Anything to keep in mind?

We had filed I-539 (Application To Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status) too so we need to mention this in a letter indicating the reason for change of mind to Adjust the Status to Green Card?

You do not need to mention it.

Do we need to attach multiple G-1145 form (E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance) - one for each form being submitted?
