Moved - status is ready to schedule interview

Hi guys,
so our application was ready to schedule for interview as of September 2020. We’ve moved as of April and updated the address. Now the status says ready to schedule as of April 2021. Does this mean we’ve gone back in the queue at the new field office?

let me know if you guys have experienced something similar.
