  • F2A interview help

    Hello,

I was noticed that my interview was scheduled but am still waiting for the letter and hope it can come this week or early next week.
It is the time for me to prepare my documents and interview.

My husband is F2B Green Card, so my category will go under F2A. He filed all forms for me on Apr 2020, the field office is San Jose. CA.
There is a flag that could be challenged in my interview.
My husband got his Green Card on March 2020, and we married in the same month (couple of days after he received his green card). and then he filed i130, 485, ... in Apr 2020.

We have a 19 months old baby. We just bought a mobile home. My husband name is on loan application, but both our name is on title.
I am still in F-1 student Visa (since I came to the US).

Do you think my above timeline is normal, or it is very difficult for me to convince officer, or any red flag that could led office turn down my application?

Please share your story or any comments

    Thanks

Maybe I don't understand correctly but I think is more important things like: when do you meet, how long were you dating, how long living together and so on.

I have a similar situation and my attorney advised me it is not a red flag at all. It is safe.

When is your interview? I am waiting for an interview from the SJ Field office as well.
