Hi

I am US citizen and want to apply for AOS for my spouse.

can some one tell me if I have correctly filled the part 5 of I864. out family size is 3 me , spouse and child.

if I enter 1 for number 3 we get the family size of 4.

Please guide

But it say at 3 if you are married enter ONE.

They didn't put the note: if you are sponsoring your spouse, put 0 here, if not you will be counting them twice. Maybe this information is in the instructions?

It is in the section "Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit:", and your wife is sponsored, so is obviously not counted.

Furthermore, there is a note on top that says "NOTE: Do not count any member of your household more than once."
