Hi all,
My wife and I just got an interview this morning for about 15min. We prepared for 2 weeks, but the IO didnt ask for any pictures or bank statements. My wife have the old I-94 for F1, but she changed to H1B 2 yrs ago. The IO took her old I-94 and gave her the I-94 for H1b back, she said it still good till next year. At the end, She said everything is fine, we need to wait for decision have to make in about 90days. We did applied for EAD, but we didnt receipt EAD card yet. Does anyone have any experience? Please help me to share some experience. ( we have married for 3 yrs, and have a child).
