I need some information on EB1C processing as I am not very familiar with this process. Does my spouse need to be in US when they for EB1C since the priority date is current, what all options I have for my spouse who is not in US when my EB1C gets approved? Can I still file for concurrent processing for both of us or this needs to be done separately?
Also please let me know the different steps involved with this process with any estimated timelines for each?
