Did you by any chance have an I140 earlier based on EB2 and then upgraded to EB1 or you applied for the first time in EB1 in Nov last year?

Nope, my application was in the eb1c category from the beginning.

Thank you. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my 140 gets approved soon. It's now going to be 12 months since my 140 was submitted.

07/01/2021 - package sent out via Fedex to Chicago Lock Box.
07/06/2021 - package delivered and signed by Harper.
07/29/2021 - 4 Text msgs and emails received confirming delivery of I130 & I485
08/02/2021 - Sent an email to USCIS requesting online code.
08/04/2021 - USCIS responded back with online code.
08/06/2021 - 4 Hard copies received.
08/21/2021 - Online Account updated to show Biometric Appointment scheduled for 09/14/2021.
09/14/2021 - Biometric done. Online account shows I485 is being reviewed activly after we reached home. No updates on I130 yet
01/06/2022 - Senator reached out USCIS on our behalf.
01/18/2022 - Senator got the response from USCIS stating that the case is in pre-processing checks at NBC at this time. Typical processing time is 9.5 - 21.5 months at Oakland Park Field office.

So I did my Biometrics for I-765 October 2021 and have not received an update since the status last updated to "Received Biometrics on...". So I decided to contact USCIS to ask them to expedite same. I chose to use the "Contact Emma" option and a live agent told me that I didn't need to make a request to expedite because just today, the case moved to adjudication. Now when I asked him when can I expect to receive a decision, he told me that there was no time frame and that I would just have to wait. Can anyone else tell me what's the wait time like after it has been move to adjudication?

Also, the agent also advised that my I-485 moved to the interview queue however they have not yet sent out or updated the case status to interview scheduled.

Here is an Update on my case:
Marriage to USC, Adjustment of status
07/28: Package sent via USPS
07/29: Package delivered Chicago, Il Lockbox
08/31: Credit card charged 1225 $ and 535$
09/07: Received receipts notices on the mail with priority date July 29th.
09/04: Biometrics appt was scheduled.
09/13: Received the notice for biometrics appt, the date is 09/30
09/29: RFE for I-864 for joint sponsor which I had already included in the package but I’m going to send it again.
09/30: Biometrics appointment was done.
10/04: Response to RFE submitted online.
12/03: Did a service request with live agent through Emma for RFE, because it has passed 60 days since I submitted my response.
12/10: Wrote to Senator’s office and they contacted USCIS
12/20: Interview was scheduled. Asked a Live Agent at Emma and the interview is on 01/28/2022.

Received RFE in Oct 21 for income verification that I had missed during my original filling

Yeah, I was surprised myself. Never expected for the interview to be so fast. I filed at Chicago Lock Box. Then it got transfered to National Benefits Center. And the city I had the interview is Philadelphia.

anyone else in my boat - nothing since biometrics on 10/29, just stuck under ‘actively reviewing’ for I485 and I765, with I-I30 completely stuck under ‘submitted? Boston FO but IOE receipt number. Have not been able to successfully speak to a live agent who would tell me anything.
