I just asked to speak to a live agent and asked what the date was. I received the interview notice in the mail today.

              thank you!!!
The interview was really easy…easier than I anticipated. I took in all supporting evidence and the interview only took about 15-20 mins… the officer started of by asking us our names and then proceeded to ask me the yes or no questions then she asked my husband if he’s still employed at the same place then asked us what were our plans for the future…. She then looked through our supporting evidence and gave it back to us. She then told us that she would approve the case. After a day the status changed on lawfully app to case was approved and it took about 2 weeks to receive the actual card in the mail.
good luck to you Pinoyboy everything will be ok!!!! & congratulations

              • Jmackk Wow you're lucky you received your SSN Card a day after you received your EAD. I got my EAD April 2 but until now (April 12) no update about my SSN. So I went to my local SSA Office to inquire the status of my SSN and the person that I talked with checked my EAD details in her computer and told me that it wasn't processed yet and it is still too early for me to make a follow up. She said sometimes it can take up to 30 days for the SSN to arrive specially when it was applied through I-765. I asked if I should apply it instead since I'm already there and she said I have to wait for it since it was already applied through my i765. So I'm still waiting.

                    • Is there anyone in similar situation or has any recommendations?
We are not getting any updates on any of our applications since biometric. Even after 4.5 months of biometric, we don't have I131 approval.
Any idea how long does it take to get atleast AP approval?

                          • We filed I-485 ((c)(9) - employment based) concurrently with I-765 (and I-131), receipt date for all is 6/1/2021. EB1C (employment based). Nebraska Office.
We got our EADs (I-765) two weeks ago. Nothing on the I-485 since the first notice.

                            Interfiled Medical in March 2022.

I am hoping that the fact that the I-765 got adjudicated means that the I-485 will also get adjudicated soon.
