I applied for my wife and step-daughter to immigrate to the US in February of 2021. We filed a separate Form I-130 each for my wife and step-daughter. Our case was approved and sent to the National Visa Center where we are now in the process of filling out the I-864. We will need to do a joint sponsor with my parent in order to meet the requirements. However, we had several questions about the form.
1. Do I and my joint sponsor need to fill out a separate form I-864 each for my wife and step-daughter?
2. I have been living with my wife and teaching abroad during the application process, so I do not have any pay stubs or W-2s. I have still filed my Federal taxes, so what should I include in lieu of the W-2s?
