I140 approved for EB2 NIW, when to expect i485 approved?

Hi,

I am French and I filled in May 2019 for EB2 NIW (I765, I131, I140 and I485 altogether).
I quickly got my EAD and have been renewing it every year since.

I just got my I140 approved and I was wondering when to expect my I485 approved and getting my Greencard?

Did you receive RFE for I-693?

No, not yet, haven't received the I140 approval notice yet as the status changed yesterday on their website. I have the I693 (did the medical exam in March 2020, it is valid 2 years, right?

Also I heard that some people with similar cases don't get interviewed so if I received RFE for I693 that could mean this, right?

You can get a courtesy letter or RFE for I-693. If they ask you to send the sealed envelope then is pretty safe to assume that you will not get an interview.

Some officers think that the I-693 must be signed no more than 60 days before they receive the document, just be aware that this could happen to you. The manual says that if the I-693 is sent to USCIS after the I-485 then it is valid for 2 years from the doctor's signature. Following the manual, your medical is still valid but the officer can request a new one if they want.

There is no way to know. Look for online updates on your I-485, most of the time (but not always) they update the status when they send an RFE.

Is there a way to know how long it takes between getting I140 approved (this week) and get the I485 processed and get the greencard (with or without interview) knowing that I am French and applied for I140, I485, I765 and I131 in May 2019?
