H4 visa to I-485.

My spouse is on H1b visa and in the process of applying for adjustment of status i-485.I’m here on h4 visa.
He is not agreeing to applying for my i-485. We have a child that was born here so she is a US citizen.

what measures can i take so i can stay here and not be separated from my child ?

What is the process ? Does he apply first and when his greencard is approved then applies for mine or he can apply for mine simultaneously with his ?

What category is he immigrating in? Employment-based? As a derivative beneficiary, you can file I-485 either together with his I-485, when his I-485 is pending, or after his I-485 is approved.

You don't need him to sign anything for your I-485, so you could just file yourself separately. However, you do need to attach either a copy of his I-485 receipt or (if his I-485 is approved) a copy of his I-485 approval notice or green card. So you would need to be able to get one of those.
