Does USCIS accept BC from Gram Panchayat?

I have a birth certificate from a Gram Panchayat. It has a seal and signature of sarpanch. But it does not say "Registrar of births office". Will USCIS accept such a birth certificate?

Below is Birth certificate requirements for Immigrant petitions.
Issuing Authority: Municipal Authority, or any office authorized to issue birth and death certificates by the Registrar of Births & Deaths.
Special Seal(s) / Color / Format: Varies substantially from state to state.
Issuing Authority Personnel Title: There is no issuing authority personnel title.
Registration Criteria: The registration criteria varies
So if you still have any concern and not satisfied, you can consider secondary evidence for birth certificate to give more strong for your petition.
