  • How do I send my i 693 form...

So, this might sounds like a stupid question, but I'm just being careful. I applied i 485 and received a letter from the USCIS, asking for additional information (i 693). Long story short, I finished with the medical exam and got the sealed envelope. Now, in the letter that I received from USCIS says a page from the letter should be put on top of it (but it's sealed...how?). In addition, inside the same letter from USCIS, they provide us a small envelope to send back the documents to them, but it's too small for the sealed envelope to fit in. Is it okay to not use that envelope that provided by the USCIS (to send back our response to them) and use the bigger envelope by ourselves instead? Please help. Thank you.

This is the first time I read about a return envelope included.

Both times we received an RFE for medical exams we just put the sealed envelope, the RFE letter on top and shipped using FedEx or UPS to the address they wrote on the letter. Good luck.
Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021

Thanks a lot for answering it really helps. Also, I have another question. I also applied EAD renewal because my EAD expired (I need it for my work) while my AOS is still on process, today I received a letter (receipt) saying I am eligible c09 and don't have to pay anything...my question is would that disturb anything regarding my i-485 process?

Are you saying that your EAD already expired before you sent your renewal? or that you sent your renewal just before your EAD expired?

If you sent the renewal documents before your EAD expired, then the receipt should say that, because you are c09, your expired card and the new receipt will let you work for 180 days after the expiration date on your expired EAD card.

EAD renewals are common and should not disturb anything regarding the I-485 process.
